Each phase of the onboarding project is the responsibility of a stakeholder, and coordination between them is essential to ensure a smooth and professional process from the client's perspective.
The responsibilities of each stakeholder in the onboarding process are detailed below:
End Customer
Configures their local devices to send logs to the Platform
Provides credentials and access to their cloud services
Ensures the necessary network availability (ports, routes, NAT, etc.)
Partner
Register the client, their service information, and their users in the SOC Platform.
Configure the necessary connectors and parsers for each source.
Verify the correct arrival and normalization of events.
Validate the scope with the client.
